Package Payment Policy:

• 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. The remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
• In case of non-payment either advance or Remaining the company has full right to stop the services.
• Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details, and Service contact Numbers.

PROCESS OF MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT:

Advance Payment: It can be done through our website www.himalayacab.com by using Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card and Wallets via EBS, CC-Avenue, HDFC gateway, Paytm, Stripe, etc.

EMI OPTIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN OUR GATEWAYS:

• Cash Deposit option at Himalaya Cab’s offices
• Cash deposit in any of our below mentioned Banks (HDFC, SBI)

Service Note:

• The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
• In Hill stations AC will not be used. (Mostly for North India & North East Region) All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal.
• Check In Time is 12:00 Noon & Check out Time is 10:00 AM as per standerd Hotel Policies (early check in is subject to availability).NOTE Check-in / Check may vary from hotel to hotel / Place.
• Meal timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any unveiled meals, we shall not be responsible.
• In a few tourist destinations, the facilities of hotels, Services, Aids, etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
• We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
• Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event. Any cost arising out of natural calamity or political disturbances is born by the passenger directly on the spot Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of the confirmation letter.
• Service Charge & Service tax is different.
• The company has a right to reschedule the site-seeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. Guest must carry valid Indian Govt. photo address proof of all the passengers including children.
• Comapny shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to Heavy Traffic Jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters or any unforeseen event. Such situations may also demand some extra services vis-a-vis extra cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• There is no contract between Himalaya Cab and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.
• In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.
• Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or Show scenarios.
• In exceptional cases like the Instant death of a family member (Blood Relation only), the company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges and the cost charged in hotel/ transport, etc and the Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount (Please note: This policy will not be entertained if the cancellation may happen during the tour.)
• The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic status of the market as per the Government policy. Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only (any verbal commitment will not be entertained).
• Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in the form of cash or alternative services.
• Himalaya Cab has the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
• Include refund turnaround time, processing, and crediting to the customer's bank account within 1-2 working days.

Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)

• In case the client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days before the journey date via e-mail.
• The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of the travel date in writing). However, postponing & postponing a second time will attract additional charges.
• Also note that a few service providers (Hoteliers, transporters, etc.) may apply to postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to the availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off-season time.
• We do not accept any changes in the plan within 15 days of the travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment (rate may vary as per the seasonal/offseason period). The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives.

Jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals at Dharamshala (District Kangra of H.P in India) shall have the exclusive right to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the tour packages taken from Himalaya Cab

ANY DISPUTE IF ARISES IS SUBJECT MATTER TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS AND TRIBUNALS AT DHARAMSHALA DISTT. KANGRA OF H.P. IN INDIA SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION TO SETTLE ANY DISPUTE WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS TOUR PACKAGE.
